We provide advice and consultancy services to individuals and businesses looking to invest funds in commercial, and occasionally residential, property in order to receive an income and a measure of capital appreciation. 

While we have been involved in acquisitions in excess of £5m, we typically deal with investors with between £200,000-£2m of available funds.  In addition, we provide advice to parties wishing acquire properties for their own use, with our fees based on successful results.
