Stephens McBride are commercial property consultants based in the West Midlands, operating from One Swan Courtyard since 1991. James McBride FRICS founded the firm following several years at Alexander Stephens in Birmingham St Pauls Square.

James still employs his extensive experience to advise clients on opportunities to add value to their property portfolio throughout the UK. Clients include large industrial companies, venture capitalists, private equity groups and property developers, and James has advised on successful projects from Cornwall in the South West to Manningtree in the East and Lancashire in the North West.

Best-known within Birmingham and the West Midlands, Stephens McBride has a significant agency presence, particularly within the industrial sector. 

The expertise and experience of the team allows them to deal with properties for sale and to let throughout the UK.The core of the business is the management of principally commercial property, acting for large trading companies with significant operational portfolios, such as Aldi Food Stores, and a variety of individual and corporate property investors.
