Property Management Services

Our property department principally looks after commercial property, and occasionally residential, on behalf of owners throughout the UK. We will collect rents, deal with service charges and ensure that the tenant’s obligations in respect of the property are adhered to, taking action if not. 

Where the landlord is responsible for works, we will also undertake and supervise these - generally looking after a client’s properties as if they were our own!
